Nonetheless by whoever or whichever means that her life was ended - it is an inescapable prospect that in her landscape - real - or imagined - with either or both as part of the whole experience - it cost her any vestige or hope or confidence to continue her life. Therein is the tragedy.

An alternative perception is that her trauma manifested in the accident whereby she had become mentally *fraught & frail* & *broken in duress* from which the 'fatal' illness she spoke to was *accordingly & naturally constructed* by her as a reaction to a deeply desperate need to overcome.
