I totally forgot to respond to this and the other. Dermatillomania (skin picking) and trichotillomania (hair pulling) are related! I found a way to stop with a literal barrier but I totally understand the impulse (re: lashes). Also you *can* push them…it just isn’t necessary. Just be gentle

You don’t actually need to do anything to them, you can push them back in the shower when they’re damp if you want but they exist to protect you from pathogens and over clipping them is not great
