Soooooo, I have face tracking in vr now! Might have to do some vrchat streams in the future! This week has been a little crazy with doctor appointments and my persistent cough but soon enough it should settle down a little!

It seems my bartender missed the memo that the holiday actually isn't this month. I suppose everyone is just really excited about it this time around. Is there a major event scheduled for next month that I should know about? I'd love to join in!

Spent my first paycheck on some clothes and stuff to make the quality of my lunches better (more variety and being able to make salads!!!!) Gonna start putting money aside each week and hopefully I can do a few easy upgrades (new headset and wireless vr soonish!!!!!) Then its big saving time 😳

Oh yeah, I did not cheap out with these ones at all, nearly $200 and they feel great. I've got an extra set of insoles in them as well as cushioned socks, which I will probably invest in getting more of them. I've just been house bound for too long LOL

Oh, I've already bought really good work boots, I've just not been working like this for over a year so I think its mainly that 😵‍💫

My feet hurt like hell but I hope this is just toughening up my feet for the future!!! I've always had little baby feet when it comes to doing a lot of standing so I'm not entirely surprised. If this is what it takes to earn a good wage and be able to have spending money again, then I'm all for it!!

Luckily, my feet aren't dead like they were working retail and I get to eventually drive a forklift around (sometimes)!!!!!! Anyways, enjoy my sick steel toed kicks that make me feel really cool 👈😎👈

First day of my new job went well, I walked the equivalent of 3 miles today so I'm definitely going to start feeling this job come the weekend but god does it make good money and have great benefits 🥹 Hoping this will help me get back into shape over time and that I'll be here for a long time!

Hopefully I can save up for some upgrades to my pc and equipment then focus on saving up for the 2.0 model! There's a lot I would like to do and I will take it slow at first to ensure I can save up properly for other things as well.

GUYS GREAT NEWS!!!! I finally was able to get hired at a great company. Once I get income coming in, that means big things can happen in the future. Its been a really long search, nearly a year, but things are finally turning around for me!
