The Wartburg Symphony will reimagine the “Nutcracker Suite” during its holiday concert, followed by a jazz interpretation of the same music created by Duke Ellington. My artwork from the book DUKE ELLINGTON'S NUTCRACKER SUITE will be used in the performance.

It was an absolutely perfect day, launching our book, THE DAY MADEAR VOTED (Nancy Paulsen Books), at the East Orange Public Library in New Jersey! Collaborator, Wade Hudson, spoke eloquently and read the poem that inspired the book. Members of the NAAPC spoke, too, and registered voters.
