Belated reply, sorry! I don’t think it’s too scary/horror filled, but there are ghosts doing bad things/threatening our protagonists. Not a show with a lot of gore or jump scares. It’s fairly tame overall, but it’ll depend on what triggers you. Teen level horror, more adult level sexual content.
