To clarify: the complaints are filed as DMCA but the actual text of complaints does not refer to any copyright violation but only to the fact this kind of content is illegal

Observing something pretty interesting. Non-English SERPs, a country where online gambling sites are illegal, the actual complaints submitted are (incorrectly filed) DMCA complaints, filed very recently, think few days, and the impact is in the SERPs already

We do realise this goes both ways, right?

Even if a domain looks like it has never been registered before, it can still have a back history you are not aware of.

Or if you're buying an aged domain, you probably want it to accomplish certain goals - make sure it's capable of doing that before you invest into it.

When you need a proper in-depth investigation of a domain's history:
- when you're buying a domain to start a new site
- when you're buying an established site
- when you're looking to migrate a site to another domain

In all these cases, make sure you involve a professional to evaluate it
