• if above 96, reroll until not
• half the result, rounding up

(Of course this is more of a thought exercise than a practical solution.)

i’d say “as a whole.” there are more bakeries and bars making more meaningful money than similar game publishers (since there are, at best, 100 of them.)

and i only mean “full-time employment levels of income for founder+one additional person”, not stacks of cash.

My takeaway here is that we’re not, by and large, and industry. We’re a hobby, and we should act like hobbyists sharing something they love, not capitalists trying to out-grow each other.
