Man why can't NPR interviewers do a better job of calling out GOP Lawmakers when they use their obfuscative speech as it pertains to the the real impact their bills will have. Like we know the GOP are very NPC like and will use tonal tricks like a Southern Baptist Preacher for their BS. Do better

Was watching the new Jubilee video with doctor Mike and he has the patience of a saint cause the amount of self assuredness, appeals to emotion, and mischaracterizations around vaccines and illness was sending me through the roof. That format is FUCKING TRASH though.

I've loved the "Alt-Right" Playbook series of videos from Innuendo Studios; after watching this I'm currently asking myself "What Is My Rubicon?". Honestly back in 2015 when terms like "Far Right" and "Alt-Right" were used to ameliorate Fascists was a Rubicon for me and now look where we are 🤬

Voter 2 is then sent in with that ballot—now marked by a Fidesz operative—and told to put it in the ballot box and exit with another blank ballot in hand. Carried on down the line, the Fidesz party boss in the town can ensure that all have voted the proper way while the election workers find that they are short only one unaccounted-for vote, which would hardly raise eyebrows. In 2022, the investigative news site Átlátszó captured the scheme on video."

The whole quote is "The love of money is the root of all evil" so there's that. Tech has had less and less discernment for what is allowed on platforms under the idea of cultural free speech; this has lead to feelings of villainy. When contrasted with Mutual Aid philanthropy is kinda evil.

I started watching that new Mark Zuckerberg interview with Joe Rogan and it just goes to show how bad of an interviewer he his when they're ideologically aligned with the guest. No challenges, no "based on what" questions when speaking in evocations. Just sad really.

Elon is buggin with this post about Luigi; I mean "any" company has a duty to shareholders? I mean not every business is a C or S corp so like no? Maximizing profits, no matter how ruthlessly though...ummm Luigi's Mom was going through it and UHC was like "umm, naw fam, but the profits though".
