Trash bags. The plastic is perfect for diapers, very soft and stretchy. You can use any color as long as its thin enough. I glue on a layer using spray adhesive then cut the excess off

Any generic paint marker from amazon. Way cheaper than art grade stuff and they're very resilient. They also come in shiny metallic colors ✨️
