Is this where he gets his "I've ended 8 wars" shtick? He's counting the armed aggressive actions he's initiated, and when they "ended," claims it as a "war ended"?

It's the exact same counter you offered, only I offered the correction that the Allies did not go to war against the Axis Powers with the expressed purpose of forcing regime change.

Is that what you would say if another country decided to attack us? There's plenty of Americans, both here and abroad, who would welcome a regime change at home.
