Doing better now, we keep forgetting that we sometimes ignore our bodies. Thinking we can still keep going until the body gets really tired or stops itself.

Hence the reason we should always keep our health's well. Take breaks, rest/naps, play casually, eat well, and watch funny videos.

Already confirmed it, my body was really tired and stressed itself. Work those minimal time at my day off. Took a nice after work shower, ate food. Then everything blacked out.

8 hours later, woken up again at 10:15pm today. Always remember everyone, rest ya body as well don't let stress get ya.

Eh oh well, can't cry over spilled milk. Least I can go to my favorite bakery for their early breads.

My fears have come true, told to work on my day off. Granted its only a very minimal time, but still my precious days off soiled. Including my streaming schedule, oh the insanity.

Pumpkin pecan biscotti, with coffee on a cold fall night. Is so delicious.

Cold, cloudy, rainy days, as many do no enjoy walking outside this time of day. For myself, I enjoy it, the winds hitting ya face hard. Water falling down fast, and the clouds covering the sky.

Now if only they be stop chewing on my, figures. Oh well.

Made Omega trip, but my laughing made Cornelio(cockatiel) worried. Had a severe coughing long before that had some specks of red.

So he thought my laugh was coughing. Hence why he's worried, truly were grateful to have birbs in our family

It is cold outside, everyone is wearing sweaters or jackets. I'm literally walking outside wearing neither just my shirts.

Going on some relaxing hunts in Monstet Hunter Wilds. As Akuma hunting Omega's or few monsters.

This year is getting weird for me. But that won't stop me to try to stream even if its a few days.

It's fun to stream, but time, stress and health problems can be the enemy.

I can finally rest, tomorrow and Sunday are my days off.

I can relax and stream without my voice sounding like a dying coyote.

And my arms aching that I had to lay in a position to play games.

Is it me, or does this month get busier through work. Having less time just as I am.

Remember, everyone stress is the enemy. Relax yaself, ya can stream another day, or days off. It may not show, but the body will know from stress.

Also sleep is important, this old man knows. Just as health.

Even though I want to livestream. My birbs keep screaming if I go near the mic. Stare at me or hiss at me to don't.

They really do want me to relax and not push myself. Cockatiels are truly amazing smart birbs.

Oh boy without the working elevator, work takes longer and more tiring. As well overheating the body.

But I'm grateful to have found the correct shoes that aided and gave me less foot fatigue. As well bringing a lot of water to hydrate.

Spooktober, The decorations outside, candy of various kinds, Halloween theme foods getting released. Even various Resident Evil, Fatal Frame, Silent Hill, Siren games have risen up from their deep slumbers. Truly a fun and scary holiday, now where is my Jack'o'mug.

Taking naps after a long day of work and feeling tired, is worth it. That and chilled pumpkin moon pies. They taste so much delicious when eating them cold.

Have the most enjoyable celebration on this excited day to yaself.

As of right now, I'm eating french fries with chopsticks. Only to realize how I was eating them after getting a napkin.

Long week of work, and my legs were tired, but I was glad new shoes helped out. And these two weekends is my day off, hurray!. I may stream again tomorrow.

Working with these specific shoes, was a horrible idea. Correct size, but the pressure of walking, bended the sole.

Aches oh the aches, thank goodness for ice, ointments, and a day off.

Oh it was magnificent, Ufotable really went up the animation. Even better it's going to be a Trilogy Film.

Demon Slayer Movie: Infinity Castle Arc was really enjoyable. Especially the intro is amazing and the ending song reminded me of Drakengard/Nier.

I can breathe through my nose again, finally my cold/flu if finally gone.
