You can turn quote tweets off really easily! If it bothered people I bet they’d have them off. I turn them off sometimes for posts I don’t want people to quote.

Tbh it’s kind of nice. It’s less intense than some Disney movies. I totally could see grown-ups putting it on while watching preschoolers. My childhood constantly had Days of our Lives and General Hospital playing in the background 🤣
