Our products are made in Canada. I cannot claim them to be a "Product of Canada" because though I do my best to select ingredients local, unfortunately I cannot always have that happen.

The fact that we're most of the way across the continent and over an international border makes this extremely frustrating.

So our friend, Flaming Rabbit Hot Sauces, recently shared a recipe with us.
Quite happy with the result! Not our usual BBQ sauce. Kraken rum and Ontario peaches were used for ours.

I mean, when I wanted to make the DBS logo, I wanted the "side-lit silhouette" of the bunny head, but I wanted it simple, easy to identify at a glance, no text needed.
It took an artist and a graphic designer to bring it to paper for me, but now people know it on sight. :)

Bertha, being mostly dead, has now been supplanted by Hilda. Batch cooking will resume tomorrow after giving it a night to settle into the warren.

I can still plug it in and it works, but I have to unplug it to turn it off, and this is not safe. So now a new blender will need to be acquired.
