What did you play?

Yes, if an operative you are shooting at is 2" lower than you, then you get Accurate 1. Otherwise, if they are 4" lower than you, then you get Accurate 2.

I think Trench Crusade is also going to create a lot of pressure with them providing free rules that it may have to become the norm for GW.

I think if I were to only build one that I would go with the grenade launcher just because of its versatility between Blast and Piercing 1.

Agree with this. Per the rules, there are benefits for Vantage terrain when you are 2" above another operative and 4" above, so consider that if you do end up making Vantage terrain.

I'm currently noodling a Catachan-themed Narrative Event for Kill Team at our LGS.

You should start. It really is the best way to play in the Warhammer 40k universe.

I wouldn't mind seeing them give the -1 on WS/BS again, but I'm not sure that is enough. I think there would have to be something like "you can't do an action more than 2 times per turning point, even if something allows you to break it" similar to the thing they did with gaining/reducing APL.
