Very true, and certain states like Texas are trying to pass bills to make hospitals give information like immigration status etc if I'm not mistaken. So it's going to get really rough for people in those states on the medical front soon I'm afraid.

Network with people in your area, saving spare food, feminine hygiene products, diapers, baby food etc. Distributing basic necessities can be such a massive help. Especially baby formula which can be expensive and sometimes out of stock. I keep extra pads, tampons etc for people that need.
