Happy 19th anniversary to Twilight Princess. The peak of 3D Zelda. I only hope we see the HD version next year on Switch to celebrate the 20th anniversary.

I miss video game demos. I get they cost money to make, but I downloaded so many during the Xbox 360 / PS3 days.

So I have some time to check out BF 6 open beta on PC. First hurdle is secure boot. Apparently asus and gigabyte firmware have a bug to enable so that took extra time. Then had to download new Nvidia driver. Finally able to boot it up. Sometimes PC gaming is a pain.

Nothing will ever compare to those nights on Xbox 360 playing Gears of War, Halo 3, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Peak online gaming era.

After being on social media less this past week or two. I've finally learned what people mean by a proper healthy dose. Also I have come to realize was on social media too much.

I'm looking forward to rewatching all of the Mission Impossible films once they all are on physical media.

I wish TV manufacturers would take a page out of computer monitor companies. I want to be able to buy a non smart OLED TV. Give me more ports and actual hardware features over smart features.

The more I think about it the more I realize there will be lots of people new to Gears in August. Guess I better start brushing up on my gnasher and headshot skills.

Sad to hear Giant Bomb is dead. I was a GameSpot fan for years then followed a lot of people to Giant Bomb. Giant Bomb has been my favorite gaming journalism site for a long time. To see it end like this is disappointing. Just shows Gerstmann is still a threat.

Getting a Switch 2 was easier than a PS5. Those that didn't get last night. Don't give up. I suspect there will be plenty for those that actually want one that aren't looking to scalp. As well as orders cancelled over the next 24-48 hours due to different reasons.

Starting to wonder if console gaming is headed for a crash.

I wish restaurants would bring back the 80s and 90s aesthetics.

I just want one thing, Nintendo. Please announce it next week.

I can only hope we get WW HD and TP HD in the meantime. While they work on making a new entry that has what makes it unique. Maybe we even get a OoT remake or remaster with the upcoming anniversary of the series. Also anyone nervous about the upcoming movie? (3/3)

It sucks knowing future Zelda titles will just be open world like BotW. That's not Zelda. Zelda is linear with great dungeons at its core. There is awesome music sprinkled in along with a story that is worthwhile. (2/3)

As I watch and discover new content creators retrospecting Zelda titles as well as rewatch certain ones. Twilight Princess really was peak 3D Zelda. Skyward Sword wasn't bad but was held back by a few design choices. (1/3)

As much as I have enjoyed my Samsung cell phones since the S3. I think it's time I find a new brand for my Android cell phone needs next time I replace my phone. I have a feeling I won't find something that checks the boxes as well though.
