I used to regularly run around cedar. There is a lovely dirt trail which starts after the canal and meets up with the paved section near kennilworth trail. If the connection was made where you walked (yellow) we could have a full walking loop around the lake.

This assumes the lack of liquor stores is considered a) a problem and b) worth fixing, which I am sure there is a range of opinions on

I appreciate hearing from an expert. It may be easier to just loosen CM2 allowed uses. Although more ground floor commercial would make a pharmacy more likely to be built but your point of stifling is fair. Maybe just key intersections?

This is something I really do not get with republicans. They say we need to encourage Americans to have more kids but then they do everything they can to make it harder to raise kids in the US.

Most of kingfield is zoned UN1 or N2 for urban neighborhood but about 10% of the homes in Kingfield are zoned “S” for spooky, which requires them to have year round halloween decorations
