Last I checked, iirc, SE is stumbling stock (?) or finance wise atm but this isn’t accounting for the games they have coming out abit here soon, so it can change. There’s the upcoming HD-2D games and its likely FF7R part 3 is gonna come outta the shadows here soon.

Before anyone yells at me over the quality part, I mean the fact that they made these last quests more interactive, accounted for details in your job animation, ect. Like I can tell the passion is obviously still there, I’m just hoping the big SE doesn’t end up a hindrance for the XIV team 💀

There’s alot of setup of mystery here they got in their hands, and its gonna be rough to wait for next expac, and erm….aside from the online store stumbles too, atleast MSQ I got alot of hype for personally.

Dawntrail obv has its imperfections and stumbles but imo this last patch wrap up left me satisfied and eager to see what they have planned down the line. I’m hoping they can get back on track with content stuff but you can tell there still is quality. This recent patch had more detail than expected.

My soft take is

IMO I loved Dawntrail, people are getting through the honeymoon phase of the 10 year saga conclusion Endwalker brought and we’re starting back at ‘ARR level’ where they’re gonna be taking the time to set up and build up what will eventually become another grand saga. I have faith.
