If the Affordable Care Act (ACA) had not been in place, we would have faced lifetime payment limits and possible denial of care for her breast cancer for which one drug alone was $100K/year
for treatment.

The US Marshals are supposed to enforce Court actions, but they are under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Justice, which Trump sees as his own personal legal services agency.

Hopeful perspective— if current admin ignores court rulings & US “Marshals go rogue,” refusing to arrest, the courts can deputize others (like probation officers, court security officers) to enforce civil contempt orders.
