This screams “throw everything at the wall and see what sticks”. The lines in the differences between their products get blurrier by the year. They touted the iPad as the new norm, but when they bring stuff like this? It makes no sense. It’s redundant.

As a neurodivergent myself, sadly, this is the norm for customer service facing jobs, not just Target. I’ve been fired from many jobs for having particularly bad days where I struggle to put on a brave face because customers are needy and management likes to loom over my shoulder at any given time.

As much shit as AI gets, at least it’s there for you as a tool when no one else is available to help…
