Depending on how long you’ve been doing HIIT, 2-3 x a week is sufficient in addition to weight training.

I was a fitness instructor for 7 yrs. teaching Zumba, weight training, HIIT. Then I became a Texas Master Naturalist and it changed the course of my life. Healing the land and inspiring others to do so brings me joy and hope. Now I do my own weights workout at home and then hit the outdoors. 💚🌿🌎
