There are two possible reasons he said that: 1) he is exaggerating for effect (which leaves the press needing to request the actual numbers) or 2) he’s lost his mind (which demands follow up even
more).

Yeah…the numbers for the other 6 months he’s been in office were not a scam…they just started their scam on month 7 for some reason no one’s bothered to ask about.

Not sure I agree that AI is not practicing. In my unscientific but still rather disciplined experience, critiquing an AI’s output does make it respond more carefully, which is the essence of developing a skill.
