Tbh Cairn totally is a climbing power fantasy, trad climbing is wild. And she is so damn strong.
Getting to a fraction of that body tension in real life is the real goal!

I noticed that the games I'm most excited for (Cairn & Big Walk) are very closely related to stuff I already love in real life.(Climbing and Hiking)
Miss me with that power fantasy, give me that incremental struggle.

Hooded Horse (the publisher) have been doing some explainer videos for Heart Of The Machine, because honestly it's a lot to wrap your head around.

Here's a great one showing a problem, and how it can be solved with tactical combat, a kaiju attack, or completely obliterating causality as we know it.

I vividly remember the one in our house causing me nightmares as a kid. Glad the little monster got moved out of my room.
They are cute in a gremlins kind of way though

I get pretty invested in trying to make my players have memorable experiences so I decided to hand make, write and then get professionally printed just that.

Interconnecting Pantheons, hidden secrets everywhere!

Freya's Shapes library for Unity is great! I use it to render all the nodes and lines and other visual elements of my procedural game progression dependency graphs.

The fact that it supports immediate mode drawing means I don't have to keep track of creating and destroying visual elements.

Playing through Delta Green's Impossible Landscapes campaign, our DM even gave us pins! #ttrpg
