On top of that, it feels good to be finishing a lot of stuff again. It's REALLY satisfying to look at everything I've got done. I've still got plenty to do, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't feel insurmountable like it used to.

Real talk, these meds have been great. It's not like I feel better, I just don't feel worse, if that makes sense. The lows that wiped me out, that built walls in my brain feel like they just, aren't there. Like weights I've been dragging for a decade are finally gone.

-I was not aware how much of a guessing game it would be to play with dosages to see what helps, what hurts, and what does too much or too little.

For an update on where ive been and where things are at, I finally got to see a psychiatrist, and I'm getting treatment for some things. So ive been adjusting and adapting to what a new normal can be.

Its nice being able to make real progress on issues that have plagued me most of my life, BUT-

I had hoped to be able to start getting professional help several months ago, but due to long wait times (and my pcp just forgetting to give me a referral at all for 3 weeks) I'm still a few weeks out from even the starting point. Really just doin my best to keep it together in the meantime

I'm still alive. Just, scraping by. Not to get too into it, but its been an unpleasant mix of mental and physical health issues in the past month or so that have really slowed me down. Trying to get up and over it, it's just not as easy as it used to be.
