The weirdest thing to me is how "initiative" works with the semi-alternating turns and the fact you can, theoretically, do many actions in a row if none of them roll dice. I had to watch Age of Umbra a bit to get the gist of it and even then it's kind of loose

On the payment processor thing, there is something more impactful you can do. If you have a card with a yearly fee, call your bank/issuer and ask them to downgrade it. Cite the Collective Shout thing as your reason. This is a loss of money for them so they take it more seriously than a complaint 1/3
