What do you think of this change? Join this community meeting in person or via Zoom on Wed, 11/5, to hear the developer's proposed changes and share your views.

The developer has worked tirelessly and patiently on this project for years, creating a wonderful project so far. Unfortunately, the developer wants to downsize the project's final phase, reducing the number of homes by 116 (aka only 27% of what they proposed).

Catalyze SV members gave an unusually low score of 2.75 out of 5 to the Pleasant Hills proposal that our members scored in Nov. 2024.

To see if/how the project has changed and provide input on the environmental review of it, come to this community meeting on Wednesday, October 29, from 6-8 pm.

Emma created a great route for 15 cyclists to join us from 10-12 pm. We stopped at 4 point, including in parks + along the Los Gatos Creek Trail. We asked for input from cyclists on how the City's forthcoming Multimodal Transportation Plan can make #bicycling easier & safer in Campbell.
