If he is indicted, I think there's a good chance the case is dismissed for vindictive prosecution based on recent social media posts.

Next year. Yes, he's likely to win because he has an 'R' after his name. Oklahoma has straight ticket voting and many here vote straight Republican. I know people who voted straight ticket last time but swear they didn't vote for Walters (They absolutely did).
