They may have decided to just "govern" as if they're not in an minority. The party would would benefit most from an election is the Liberals.

Zionism is okay, according to Klein.

It's "millitant" Zionism that is the problem, which comes to be when people support the struggle for self-determination of Palestinians.

I may bring a fraction of those units onto the rental market, but more stock doesn't mean lower prices when it comes to housing. It simply doesnt.

What it WILL do is provide a way for current landlords to raise prices on the units they are currently renting.

The claim is that these people need to be enticed to bring these vacant units onto the rental "market" by offering a new loophole to be able to raise rents and make more money, which will increase supply and therefore lower rents- but this claim is bogus.

It's that housing is being used as an investment vehicle, instead of a place to live.

These vacant units are owned by people who own multiple properties, or by developers who haven't sold them.

It is true that there are many thousands of vacant units, but the wording is misleading and they're talking about 2 things as if they're the same.

I'd wager the majority of Ameircans don't actually give a shit.
