The US EPA's mission is to protect human health and the environment. Donald Trump and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin have reversed course on that mission by repealing the Endangerment Finding, a critical determination under the Clean Air Act that enables the EPA to regulate greenhouse gases.

Earthworks partnered with Gas Leaks Project & Carbon Mapper to monitor methane plumes from space. They found 20+ “super emitter” events (100kg methane/hour every hour).
