Thinking about the one time me and 2 friends made a podcast called "Hold Us Accountable" and we recorded 3 episodes and then never actually pursued the things we wanted.

Without going into detail, making lifestyle changes is hard but totally worth it. You can do it, and so can I.

I recently purchased a Digital Audio Player (DAP) and I love it. It's also been very fulfilling to start purchasing music again and actually financially supporting artists I love. I've loved making it my anti-subscription music + podcast box.

I open up Facebook maybe 3 times a week and I regret opening it every time. What an absolute dumpster fire of a social media platform. Ads alone make it worthless, let alone the worst-informed political takes you've seen in your life.
