The ruling last night prevents him from sending federalized national guard from California into Oregon.

He was stopped in Oregon. Illinois is suing him and he will be stopped there.

His use of the national guard in LA over the summer was ruled as illegal - a violation of the posse comitatus act.

Blue states are getting better at recognizing the drumbeats and getting the judiciary involved sooner.

I like that she cited the exact statute he is out of compliance with.

He doesn’t get to unilaterally decide an emergency.

He doesn’t get to invade cities without consent from the governors.
