I started doing a carrd like this for Rae, like, a few weeks ago and haven't touched it in AGES. I loved making the first few things, but my brain has been incapable of going back.

high CHA is channelled through his voice. He doesn't use it much, neither for singing nor talking, but when he does, oh, both its tone and the words it speaks carry such weight.

I find AT's voice very enticing and alluring. He literally sings about being a vacuum cleaner that breathes in your dust in one song and I'm like. Wow. Sure. Why not?
So he's doesn't represent Rae's emotional range as with MJK, but more of the vocal/enticing quality of his voice since a lot of Rae's

Just void. He doesn't quite know why since he knows most elves experience past lives, but he likes blaming his half- and half-ness for it. Drow and elves both trance, but maybe a mix of both just has something that lacks because they're not fully either?

In general both MJK and Chris Corner have such ranges, but especially their sensual and deceptive smoothness leading into more raw singing (almost growling) does me in. 🫠 Urgh.

I can definitely see him going outside of camp on the first few days of BG3 to sing in some forlorn alcove because the uncertainty of everything would *gnaw* on him.

I also found that Apollo's (Hades 2) singing voice would fit Rae perfectly when he really *tries* because of this song: open.spotify.com/track/7dQktk... (credit roll song though, no idea if you want to play the game).
His voice is just very clear, light, and smooth, much like I imagine Rae's.

I imagine him to be somewhere along the lines of Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys) and MJK (Tool), depending on his mood/soberness.

Ah, Rae doesn’t like inflicting pain, just receiving it. He's actually pretty averse to inflicting pain since he's scared he wouldn't be able to stop. When he's topping he's much more into worship und teasing.

So—pre-game respect from strangers comes mostly out of fear.
The game's events and especially the ending shift this to many people having respect and even admiration for Rae for saving BG. Still, he doesn't care. But why must people talk to him? Maybe it was better when people feared him. (2/2)

Rae doesn't give a single shit about whether people respect him or not.
Suffice to say, he knows he can easily command respect just by staring someone down; his height and hellish eye make this easy.
If that doesn't do the trick, his autoritative charisma or his muscles help. (1/2)
