Parking requirements are going to be important very soon. Just wait. I'm 100% for saving trees and our canopy, but our roads are very thin. People park on both sides. It's an issue in homes with 3-4 vehicles, work vehicles, & contractor trucks. Soon, nobody will find parking. We saw this in Philly.
