Prices of tickets to the Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony

Tickets for the closing ceremony are even wilder. I genuinely don’t think I will have spent €3k on every single live event ticket I pay for in 2026 combined. Unhinged. No event in the history of the world is worth that much.

Especially when you look at the % of the venue that costs Band A price.

I’m still getting emails saying there’s time to go to the Winter Olympics and the prices of tickets to some of these events is making me genuinely ill.

Over €1k for a single ticket to watch a figure skating event that ISN’T EVEN THE OLYMPIC COMPETITION?!

I was so locked in for I Could Get Used to This but this is maybe the most disappointing Jessie song in well over a decade.

I’m so excited to see ‘More Artists TBA’ perform at the BRITs while wearing this exactly T shirt.

So that’s 42 albums, 3 each by Coldplay, Adele and Arctic Monkeys. 2 Manic Street Preachers records and a whole lot of albums you have definitely bought your parents for their birthdays.

There have technically been 45 winners but I’ve disqualified both of the International winners back when it was just ‘biggest selling album of the year’ Thriller by Michael Jackson and Memories by Barbra Streisand.

As well as Sgt Peppers which won at the first show 10 years after release.
