Public money going for a strip club?
Welcome to public interest Doug Ford style.
He should at least tell us which members of his cabinet checked out the joint prior to handing over millions that could have been spent on dealing with the small town hospital crisis.

Ontario is in the middle of a jobs disaster. Now, the Premier wants to make it easier for people to be evicted from their homes with Bill 60.

Housing has never been more expensive; and now Ford is making things even worse.

We need to build more housing and real rent control now.

Ontario hospitals told to find savings; ministry doesn’t rule out service cuts | Globalnews.ca The Ontario Hospital Association has said that hospitals ended last year $360 million in the red and need an additional funding to keep pace with population growth and inflation.

Ontario’s Ministry of Health has tasked hospitals struggling with deficits to come up with a three-year plan to balance their budgets, and service cuts and bed closures do not appear to be off the table for extreme cases. #Onpoli

Ontario labour minister denies Skills Development Fund used to reward friends, political allies with millions in grants Ontario’s labour minister is defending upwards of $100 million in grants from a controversial government fund to unions or industry organizations that supported the governing Progressive Conservative ...

Labour minister Piccini says handing $100M in grants to friends and PC backers isn’t corruption—it’s “skills development.”

With 800,000 Ontarians are looking for work, every Skills Development Fund dollar should go to workers—not lobbyists and PC insiders.

Two years later, it’s déjà vu — Labour Minister David Piccini admits he personally picked which of his friends got millions from the Skills Development Fund.

Anytime somebody says 'getting rid of bike lanes will reduce car congestion'. And then what in 5 years?

So Canada poured our money into this American corporation because they promised to make jobs, and now they are taking away jobs, and we think a judge is going to stop them? Pathetic.

Labour minister was in Leafs glass seats with director of company he granted funding to The ‘lower-scoring’ company got $7.5M of tax dollars through David Piccini’s office and is a client of the lobbyist whose Parisian wedding the minister recently attended

Ford’s Ontario:

➡️ Labour Minister goes to a Leafs game with a company exec.
➡️ Months later, that same company gets $7.5M in public grants.

This isn’t “for the people.” It’s for his pals.

Ford government’s handling of Skills Development funds ‘not fair, transparent or accountable,’ auditor finds In a critical audit, Shelley Spence said Ford’s Ministry of Labour awarded money to the “low- and medium-ranked applications” from the controversial fund.

🚨 Ford’s PCs turned Ontario’s $2.5 billion Skills Development Fund into a slush fund.

Applications rated poor, low, medium got millions.

Meanwhile:
⚠️ 800,000 Ontarians out of work
⚠️ 10,000 jobs lost at colleges

This isn’t job creation—it’s corruption.

Ford says “it won’t happen again”, after a government vehicle was clocked 12 times driving 50+ km/h over the limit.

Highway safety isn’t optional—it’s a responsibility.

Because nothing says “For the People” like stunt-driving and zero accountability.
