people don't see artists (musicians, writers, crafters, etc) as laborers and that's the entire problem right there

people are inclined to see creativity as a hobby or downtime activity, you can't make it actual real work, what rights do you possibly want when you're being a slacker with no ambition

[if theres no gpu news within the year then im dead or something; im hoping it wont be a long hiatus] 2a) i was playing valorant just now and the performance was jumping anywhere from 14% to 90% for both valorant and discord at any given time, my pc was about to freeze again. its a selfish choice, but im afraid i have to make it because, if i continue to stream and stress my gpu to its breaking point -- considering i may not have that much time with it as it is -- ill lose the ability to game in general. 2b) maybe we can have movie nights while im unable to stream? i can put up a vote for what to watch and we can do it like once a week or something~? i still want to play stardew valley with bob mon/tues [i hadnt told you this yet]. so maybe i can attempt to stream that in discord? and at least now that im taking a hiatus from streaming, i can go make that valentines day merch i owe ya haha 😅

I'm afraid for my PC's health so i will be taking a hiatus until i can afford to replace my ~failing? GPU.
