Not much difference between Coventry and Kings Heath for me but going into the centre is more difficult. I don't really know what the answer is.

There are a few reasons, I think. The main venues are away from the city centre and the university, a diverse population, not that easy to get around and park. No real recent musical heritage? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

As you probably know, it's one reason I go to Coventry more these days.

I think the continued issues on attendance means fewer bands play Birmingham which means lower crowds.... It's very sad to see.

Birmingham gigs are very hit and miss I find. Especially for this size of band. Went to see Bob mould a few years ago and the crowd was shockingly small. I struggle to see why it struggles so much.

Tbh I'm not a big fan of crumpets but this may change my view.

On a crumpet? Mind blown...

Yesterday I helped (mainly chauffeuring) my youngest set up a stall selling her artwork in an actual shop in the actual Trafford Centre, Manchester 🤩
It’s upstairs in Kenji for the next 2 weeks if anyone’s around there.
Or scan the QR code that’s on the stall and that has links to her Etsy shop.

Tbh we know the Trafford centre better than the city centre. We will be hoping to go into the city this time but are staying in Chester.

I'm up in Manchester from 24th for a few days. Will try and pop in.

So not only are SFA coming back out also looks like Sugar are too.
