I don't know if this science is real, but I can tell you I never felt worse after hanging out with plants.

Thank you for elevating James' story. He has been so depersonalized in all of the City's communications. The fact that the encampment sweep happened on Christmas Eve makes this tragedy all the more heartbreaking.

There’s got to be a foundation out there, or state agency, or /something/ that can help.

I know countless amazing scientists who got their start at the EOS Center (formerly called the Romberg Tiburon Center). Center staff and students are on the forefront of the most important habitat restoration projects in the region, and their science improves conservation work around the globe.

Only marine lab on San Francisco Bay to close amid budget shortfall
San Francisco State University will close its Estuary and Ocean Science Center, an important site of climate change research, due to lack of funding.
If SFSU's Estuary & Ocean Science Center closes it would be a monumental loss - not just to the Bay Area but to everyone working to protect wetlands, bays, and estuaries throughout the state.
How can we stop this from happening?

At this point, you'd think I'd know better than to EVER put the word "Final" in a file name.
Just put the date. Or the version number. Adding "Final" just guarantees it will not be.
