I am a long-standing dissenter for the use of Oxycodone MR in some of our pathways. Am pleased to say our dept are united in stopping the use of these meds for elective surgery and moving to alternatives. In our case Oxycodone IR with PRN top-ups. @feliciajcox.bsky.social @britishpainsoc.bsky.social

Has your dept removed Oxycodone MR drugs from your practice? If so, what have you replaced it with. If not, what info is being provided to patients about using off license?
