nah she is powerful but isn't even close to powercreeping him with her playstyle. they should have thought better before making him so comfortable to play lol
(using her against consecrated beasts is a torture btw). i wouldn't be surprised if his usage % is still higher than hers even during 5.3

if you want i could recommend several pretty budget gpus that are still good for most games (although my knowledge might be a bit outdated because i built my pc 2 years ago)

well the best way to check if the build works well with a specific game is to search "[cpu/gpu name][game name] showcase" on youtube. usually they run several games with different graphics settings so you can see if it works for you or not

the only way to fuck it up is to buy a used gpu for example and it doesn't work...

it really isn't as difficult as it sounds don't worry. the only annoying thing is to make sure all the components work together, but it's easily solved with one google search like "which motherboard supports this cpu" and done
