I've been quiet cause I injured my neck doing a dead lift with poor form, and I've strained a joint in my neck which is causing me nerve pain down my arms and neck. It's improving, but my meds aren't strong enough to stop the nerve pain fully, and my left arm is weak T.T I'm working through it tho!
