Quadrupolar and Dipolar Excitons in Bilayer $2H\text{\ensuremath{-}}{\mathrm{MoSe}}_{2}$
Quadrupolar exciton states are shown experimentally to be present in the reflectance contrast spectrum of 2$H$-stacked bilayer MoSe${}_{2}$.

We report the observation of quadrupolar and dipolar excitons in bilayer 2𝐻−MoSe₂ and investigate their spin and valley configuration.
