True! There is no easy fix against software designed to keep you hooked. But I do encourage looking at the system level of yourself. Mood, boredom, availability, etc are all factors, so try to address all of them that you can. Otherwise, you could just fall into a different system meant to trap you.

Social media addiction is a symptom, not a cause. What else is going on in your life to make you happier? Or more fulfilled?

Like ADHD meds helped me not constantly boot up social media apps and just get things done, which improves my mood, which keeps me off the apps XD. BREAK THE CYCLE!

Actually, it's really easy to tell fake products now because of AI. Used to be good Photoshop skills but the lighting was off as the tell. Or an obvious copy/paste image into environment. Now it's, "these geode cups are so coo--wait a minute. AI? Definitely fake cups" XD
