♡ half a cup of mineral Orange Juice (no added sugar)
♡ half a cup of coconut water (no added sugar)
♡ pitch of salt (any salt)
♡ white vinegar (3 teaspoons)
Two times at day, morning and night
Also things I've done to reduce cortisol, which I think have helped to stop my cravings
☆two ashwagandha pills every morning
☆probiotics powder first thing every day
☆Peanut butter spoonful with every meal
☆Cortisol cocktail
☆restart my drawing hobby
7th day since my scale broke: I'm still low on money, BUT I kinda see my stomach flattered and my face less swollen, I suppose the ashwagandha is actually working, I hope by the end of January be out of two of my debts (I have 4 credit card debts) and maybe restart my gym sub and get a new scale
