For a hot moment I wanted to call it 'newt' but Aerion would give his dragon some fuckass name like Stormscaler

Stormscaler isn't slimy due to his lack of scales but because he crawls around in the caves avoiding all other dragons cuz they're bigger than him and would eat him. He's a gross lil dude by choice

Stormscaler isn't even officially a 'dragon'
Cast out from a failed clutch of eggs storm scaler crawled around the caves scavenging left overs.

No other rider has ever even approached Stormscaler cuz of its small size, and scale-less slimy looking hide.
It's also kind of a skittish asshole
