The new mons are cool with cool animations but despite some pretty solidly difficult battles, the story is absolutely nothing to get excited for at all which is a shame.

Both seem to reuse older content, push the difficulty higher, unlock new forms of old favorites, and bring back older characters, but uhh

Maybe the other episodes will be a bit lore cohesive for Digimon in the future
