I mean I've seen first hand there are absolutely shithead term-searchers on here, it's just nice to have at least one level of obfuscation.

I always try to be places really early but I hate how I get emails from Trip Dot Com that say "YOUR FLIGHT IS LEAVING SOON" at the *four hours till flight* mark. Like yeah I know. I'm trying to get there. I'm trying to not wait at the airport for 7 hours like i sometimes do.

Yeah my one friend watched Chapter 1 (he kinda hates VNs but was curious) and said if it ended there he would be so fuckin satisfied. And I agree. Every chapter wraps up similarly. They WERE seperate game releases, originally. Chapter is a bad name. More like "arc".

Yeahhh for me, the only thing making me not transition to PC fully is that, plus the fact that I record videos on games and letting my PC record 4K 60FPS is hard enough on its own, let alone running the game itself at the same fime.

You could also do soulful original sprites but imho the voice acting is insanely required.

I just played it myself so it's recency bias, but Higurashi Ch 1 is an AMAZING self contained story in its own right. Whether you continue on or stop there, I do really recommend it WITH the addition of console sprites and voice acting, which is a one-click install with this: 07th-mod.com
