Flood Alert for Somerset coast at Porlock Weir High tides, strong winds and large waves over the next two days may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM on 26/10/2025 and again from 08:15 AM to 10:15 AM on 27/10/2025.  Flooding is forecast to affect low lying land, roads and paths, particularly around the coastline between Gore Point and Hurlstone Point including Porlock Weir.  We are closely monitoring the situation and checking flood defences.  Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
