Wapping Old Stairs are historic, 16th-century, stone steps located on the Thames foreshore next to the Town of Ramsgate pub in Wapping, London. Once known as "Waterman's Stairs," these steps were used for landing cargo, passengers or convicts to nearby notorious "Execution Dock".
