I remember reading about Martin Scorsese making Raging Bull. There are something like 15 different boxing matches in that film, and he was determined to make every one feel different in terms of how it was filmed, edited, etc.

I’ve only ever done isometric stuff in the days before 3D cameras, so it’s not an issue I’ve ever had to face.
