The beginning part of the year has been tough, but I am definitely going forward, with an open mind, better for the experiences.

So, I had my consultation with the ENT surgeon.
The takeaway of it all is I need to continue to loose weight, use the CPAP machine & in 6 months time he will arrange to see me again, and it can be done through the NHS, so I just paid to be given advice quicker and get a bit further on sooner.
